For which tasks (responsibilities)?
-Manage VIP clients on a daily basis via email/WhatsApp
-React to VIP customer queries regarding financial transactions, betting activity, and/or gaming queries and general information queries to provide a one-stop contact point
-Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
-Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
-Research customer needs and identify how our solutions address them
-Helping clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
What kind of professional are we looking for?
-2+ year of experience on the same position in iGaming vertical;
-High education in sales/marketing or related field
-English at C1 level, German and Russian are an advantage
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
-Experience in customer relationship management
-Dedication to providing great customer service
