Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

- Work with key HR processes (onboarding, adaptation, 1:1, Performance Review, 360 assessment, training and development, retention, creation of individual development plans).
- Cooperation with the team leader and active participation in new HR projects (adaptation systems, corporate culture development).
- Conducting surveys and implementing action plans based on the results.
- Support and coordination of middle managers in People Management.
- Work with HRM systems.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

- At least 1.5 years of experience in the position of HR Generalist or HR in IT.
- Successful cases of effective implementation of HR practices.
- Skills of establishing close partnerships with each employee, where an individual and flexible approach is not just words for you, but an internal position.
- Proactivity and systematic fulfillment of tasks.
- Upper intermediate English.
