Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

Office management tasks;
Support office life and operations;
Organization of daily orders’ delivery;
Work with external and internal phone calls and correspondence;
Assisting HR departments with the benefits program and other activities;
Top management and staff assistance on different matters.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

At least 0.5 year of previous experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant;
Knowledge of Lithuanian and Russian;
Advanced PC user (knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Google Docs);
Excellent communication and time-management skills;
Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously.
