We are SmugDuck a team of experienced and passionate game makers.

Each of us previously worked at different game development companies and brought this experience to SmugDuck namely: processes, understanding of game business models, and the most important - hard skills.

We have on board a fast-growing team that consists of engineers, game designers, and artists. Due to received game-dev expertise, our talents can be boarded on short term notice and faster than our competitors

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

- Team management;
- Planning, staging, coordination and assessment of the load / work of the team (development, testing, work with requirements);
- Monitoring and control of work performance, hitting the deadline and budget;
- Release and iteration planning;
- Project documentation and reporting;
- Monitoring and risk management;
- Communication with the customer.
- Optimize and streamline development processes; introduce new practices to improve team efficiency

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

- 2 years’ experience managing projects in game development or commercial software development
- Experience in large projects with multiple dependencies
- Experience running several projects simultaneously
- Experience working with several teams
- Upper intermediate + level of English (both verbal and written)

Will be a plus:
- Technical background.
