2D Game Concept Artist

• Establish the overall art direction, visual concepts, and tone & manner for the game

• Create initial visual concepts for characters, environments, and items

• Explore styles and produce rapid concept variations using AI-based image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT image tools, etc.)

• Research, analyze, and organize visual references to build style guides

• Develop visual consistency through shape language, color palettes, and detail work that fits the in-game graphics

• Align visual direction with UI and VFX teams to ensure cohesive presentation

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Proficiency with 2D art tools such as Adobe Photoshop

• Strong understanding of game art, especially casual game aesthetics

• Solid visual sense of shape, color, material, and lighting

• Experience using AI image-generation tools

• Hands-on experience using AI-powered image-generation tools

• Understanding of Unity’s 2D art pipeline

• Experience working on released commercial mobile games

• Collaboration experience using GitHub or similar version-control tools
