Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
Owns the development and maintenance of strong relationships with Clients, including a complete understanding of their goals and objectives.
Is responsible for ongoing Client Team communication, engaging in proactive, ongoing communications to provide status, opportunities, manage expectations, and needs associated with achievement of Client’s project.
Builds and maintains client relationships by providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
Provides service support for accounts (handling service issues, invoicing questions and research for individual client requests)
Ensures timely and successful delivery of the company services according to customer needs and objectives
Forecasts and tracks key account metrics, accounts P&L, financial analysis and reporting
Drives peak performance and sales success across the accounts
Creates, negotiates and closes agreements
Develops key presentations to acquire new partnerships
Owns and manages partner relationships with the objective to increase revenue and improve partnership
Manages and maintains accounts portfolio assets and information
Trains key people as necessary and ramps up on business requirements and client expectations
Identifies and develops new business opportunities with existing clients for potential growth attainment
Contributes into ongoing business development, marketing and sales efforts
Manages customer travel, including visa process

3+ years of account management experience from a high tech company
Four year degree required
Proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business
Ability to identify, clarify and prioritize key issues.
Proven ability to work with all levels of individuals, both internally and externally, with professionalism and tact
Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to be flexible and adaptable in a team oriented environment
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Pack
