• Optimize art pipelines and workflows to enhance productivity and quality

• Monitor the Art department's staffing needs and identify gaps in the team

• Manage outsourcing relationships for specific art tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries

• Collaborate with clients to gather their artistic preferences and requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their expectations

• Work with Gantt charts to plan, schedule, and track project progress effectively

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Proven experience in Art Management within the game development industry

• Strong proficiency in English, at least at a B2+ level, to communicate effectively with international clients and team members

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficiency in project management tools, with a particular emphasis on Gantt charts and resource allocation

• A deep passion for video games and the gaming industry

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and work well under pressure
