Vizor Games is looking for an ASO Manager!
Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
Shape and execute the global ASO strategy for our mobile games portfolio.
Enhance the team with strong expertise and mentor junior specialists.
Research, collect, and structure semantic cores for multiple localizations.
Create, test, and optimize metadata (titles, keywords, descriptions) for the App Store and Google Play.
Collaborate with designers to deliver impactful icons, screenshots, and videos that maximize conversion.
Plan and run A/B tests to validate creative and textual hypotheses.
Monitor and analyze ASO performance metrics (rankings, visibility, conversion, organic installs).
Track user reviews and ratings, building strategies to improve them.
Research competitors and market trends, identifying opportunities for growth.
Generate and validate hypotheses to increase search visibility and page conversion rates.
Report results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
3+ years of hands-on experience in ASO (preferably in gaming).
Strong knowledge of ASO tools (SensorTower, AppTweak, or similar).
Proven experience with creative optimization and visual assets.
Strong analytical skills combined with a creative mindset.
Data-driven approach with the ability to present clear insights.
High level of independence, ownership, and initiative.
Nice to Have
Experience with User Acquisition campaigns.
Hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads.
Knowledge of SEO or other performance marketing areas.
