Summary The Associate Program Manager will own successful planning and delivery of market through sprint planning and execution. He/She will assist Program Manager to ensure Business success for the Region and the Company. Analysis of games requirements with business stakeholders • Good understanding of SDLC and Scrum Methodology • Ensuring that games are planned and approved by Program Manager • Regular interaction with PMO team members and all the functional teams on the progress • Excellent ability to understand and document processes and workflows • Timely reporting of status, progress, risks, dependencies and issues for allocated Market segment • Publish regular and ad-hoc reports from various sources – ensure the data is accurate and identify the key lead indicators • Build relationships with Program Managers across geographies to deliver effectively • Identify, quantify and track issues and risks in the project • Create and analyze reports on track status, issues and risks and report to the Leadership and Stakeholders • Drive effective communication of issues and risks to the client • Good understanding of various tools viz. MS Access, Clarity, JIRA, Share point, PowerBI • Capable in excel reporting- Pivot creation, Graph preparation, Writing macros, Fetching the Data from MS Access, Clarity and JIRA • Good analytical, problem-solving Skills • Hands on in creating power point presentations • Multitasking capabilities • Capable to coordinate with co-located teams and ready to do time sharing across Noida and GGM locations
What We're Looking For
BE/BTech/MCA in computer Science • Experience of 06-08 years as a project management professional at global level • Degree qualification in software engineering, project management, IT, or another related field • Hands on experience in full life cycle of development, project management. Including planning and estimation • Well versed with project execution methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)
