Business Development Associate

Archibaldi Studio — a creative studio specializing in original music, sound design and voice-over for video games. Our professional team of composers and sound designers, with 10+ years of experience and over 100 projects, has successfully partnered with industry giants such as Wargaming, ZeptoLab, Tiny Build, and Strikerz Inc. 

Our studio is a turn-key solution for all audio needs in video game development. Our technical expertise includes working with such audio middleware as FMOD and Wwise, as well as with Unity and Unreal game engines.

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Associate to join our team.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

• Assist in the development of business strategies and tactics to expand the company's market reach.

• Generate leads and initiate contact with potential clients through emails, and networking events.

• Collaborate with CBDO and CEO to create presentations, proposals, and pitches for client meetings.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.

• Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients.

• Provide support in managing client relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Stay updated on industry news, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new business opportunities.

• Assist in attending industry conferences and events to promote company visibility.

• Collaborate with marketing and production teams to develop promotional materials.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or related roles.

• Strong business communication skills (both written and verbal).

• English (С1 or C2).

• Knowledge of lead generation techniques and tools.
  
  Would be a Plus:

• Familiarity with game industry (technologies, market players, game titles, platforms etc).

• Experience with CRM software (PipeDrive, HubSpot, Salesforce etc).
