Project Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to help us expand our client base and increase revenue through the sale of our CGI and Game Art production services. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in business development within the entertainment and gaming sectors, and possess a deep understanding of the industry’s needs.

Project Focus: Selling CGI production and Game Art production services to clients in the gaming, film, entertainment, and business.

Target Market: Europe, USA, and Canada.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for CGI production and Game Art production services across Europe, USA, and Canada.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Lead negotiations and close deals with key clients in the gaming, entertainment, and business sectors.

  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure client expectations are met.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the target markets.

  • Develop and implement business strategies to reach revenue goals.

  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, leads, and market trends.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) — perfect command of the language is required.

  • Proven experience in business development within the CGI and Game Art production industries.

  • Solid understanding of CGI production, game art production, and their applications in the entertainment and business markets.

  • Strong sales experience, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.

  • Knowledge of the entertainment, gaming, and advertising industries, particularly in Europe, USA, and Canada.

  • Experience living or working in an English-speaking environment is a big plus.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals.
