Business Process Analyst

Strikerz Inc. is a videogame-creating collective and an international gaming brand launched in 2016 by a handful of people involved with online football. Currently, there are 350+ of us spread over 4 regional offices in various locations across Europe or working from home (yes, we love it too). Strikerz Inc. is the force behind the UFL, the ongoing online football videogame revolution. Being fans, we aim at offering our players an unprecedented gaming experience available on all major platforms.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

This role will be instrumental in optimizing and automating key business processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and seamless cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain internal documentation, including business process regulations, policies, and guidelines.

• Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop ways for optimization and automation.

• Design and implement improved workflows tailored to company objectives and industry best practices.

• Monitor process performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement iterative enhancements.

• Support change management initiatives by working closely with COO and internal teams.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• At least 2 year of experience as a Business Process Analyst/Operations Specialist or a similar role in IT area.

• Strong documentation skills (preferable Confluence), including writing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), process manuals, and corporate governance documents.

• Solid expertise in business process modeling, optimization, and automation (Process Registers, Gap Analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

• Proficiency in BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and UML (Unified Modeling Language) for process documentation and visualization.

• Proficient in process mapping tools (Visio, Miro), Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis), Jira flows.

• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Will be a plus:

• Upper- intermediate English.

• CRM knowledge (assets management, production and back office operations), Understanding of ETL.

• SLAs development (for support functions).
