Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher from Limassol, Cyprus. The company is focused on the 4X strategy genre with an ambitious goal to grow it’s hit game Total Battle to become the No.1 strategy game in the world. Our team consists of 140+ passionate, talented, self-demanding, and constantly developing professionals who love making high-quality games.

Our product: We are currently working on Total Battle. Total Battle is an MMO 4X strategy game with a deep political system and lots of player interaction. Players take on the role of a commander and need to develop their city, forge alliances, fight against monsters, and conquer other players.

Role: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Community Lead to build and maintain a strong and positive gaming community, ensuring active interaction between players and developers.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Community аudit and strategy development: Conducting an audit of the current community landscape, developing and prioritizing growth points in collaboration with product managers.

• Goal setting: Clearly defining short-term and long-term community objectives that align with a mission to provide the best MMO strategy gaming experience.

• Planning and execution: Developing a plan of initiatives, including recruitment, to achieve the goals set, and leading the implementation of these initiatives.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Have experience in leading the community department of an online free-to-play game.

• Show strong management and communication skills.

• Have hands-on experience as a community manager, working with social media and community platforms and collaborating with content creators.

• Have the desire to thoroughly understand the game and its players.

• Be able to communicate with players, convey complex information clearly, and deliver sensitive information tactfully.

• Focus on the outcome of the work, not the process.

• Possess the ability to work with analytical data and measure results.

• Be willing to relocate to Cyprus to work in our office in Limassol.
