Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
We are looking for a Junior Event Production Assistant, someone who wants to grow into event production, is not afraid of responsibility, and enjoys keeping many moving parts under control.
This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their production career, but with at least some real-life organizational experience and strong communication skills.
The role includes (but is not limited to):
Volunteer coordination and support
Print-related tasks and requirement tracking
Research tasks (contractors, venues, services)
Communication with small contractors
Furniture and logistics support
You will work closely with our very experienced Production Manager, who will mentor you.
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
The ideal candidate:
Has minimal experience organizing events (student events, meetups, private events, etc.).
Communicates confidently in English (written & spoken) and Russian/Ukrainian
Comfortable with calls and verbal communication
Is responsible, punctual, and stress-resistant
Enjoys structure, spreadsheets, and attention to detail
Is ready to learn a lot and grow in production
Comfortable with 4 to 7 work trips per year
Visa-free or has a residence permit in the EU
Bonus points for
Experience working with contractors, orders, or contracts
Driver’s license
Understanding that paper has density, and that not all t-shirts are size M 😉
