Game Designer

Vivid Games is one of the leading Polish mobile game developers and at the same time the team of almost 90 individuals on a mission to entertain players with great games. The games we publish are developed by internal teams and external studios as well as from the publishing program. We work remotely, having offices in Bydgoszcz and Warsaw.

As a Game Designer, you'll stand at the heart of producing new mid-core mobile games! You'll bring ideas and you'll design systems that are easily maintainable, expandable, and comfortable to use while injecting fun into the user experience.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Cooperation with Midcore Games Team and external developers

• Designing new features based on data results, research, or players' feedback

• Creating pitches, design documentation, etc. in a clear and understandable form

• Creating clear and understandable UI wireframes

• Improving UI and UX.

• Collaboration with Product Owner and Analyst on executing project roadmap

• Collaboration with analysts on increasing game's KPIs based on AB test data

• Competitors deconstruction

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 2+ years of relevant experience within mobile games (including at least 1 shipped F2P title)

• Staying on top of the latest standards, changes, trends of mobile design

• Strong knowledge of monetization and gameplay balancing

• Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Firebase, AppsFlyer)

• Strong knowledge of products' AB testing, segmentation, and remote configuration

• Ability to provide constructive and easy-to-understand feedback to other team members

• A high degree of self-motivation and managing personal workflow
