Playwing, owned by the founders of Ubisoft, is an Independent Game Developer and Publisher with a lot of passion for video games. One of our main goals is to improve the gaming experience for players and to create new immersive game worlds.

We are looking for a passionate Game Designer to join our team. The person in charge
will have control over design aspects of game production and will coordinate
project teams to develop top-notch mobile and desktop games.

You will join us working on a well known IP — Rayman. A famous and core franchise of a platformer genre.
On a par with Instant War game, which is a real-time strategy MMO.

Requirements:

● Absolute passion for playing and making video games, especially in a platformer or strategy genre
● Proven ability to write, communicate and maintain detailed design documentation throughout the game life cycle
● Understanding of the F2P monetization. Insight on the monetization of top-grossing mobile games
● Extensive knowledge of current game design trends, specifically in a platformer or strategy genre
● Experience analyzing and responding to in-game KPIs, balance, and economies after a product is released
● Ability to communicate in English

Duties:

● Create world-class design specifications for mobile games
● Implement, balance, polish and maintain game features
● Create innovative and engaging designs and prototypes
● The leadership of game and economy balancing for best in class mobile games
● Coordinate the work with art and development teams in order to ensure quality and on-time delivery
● Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure Playwing games are of high quality and competitive
