Game Designer

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Game Designer to help us bring an immersive 3D RPG world to life. This is a project-based, part-time collaboration, ideal for someone who enjoys building gameplay systems from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for shaping engaging mechanics, memorable quests, and an intuitive player journey. Project duration: 4 weeks, with 20–25 hours of work.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Design core RPG systems (combat, upgrades, quest lines, inventory).

• Build location layouts and event logic (levels, open zones, transitions).

• Craft narrative structure and dialogues (if a storyline is present).

• Balance in-game economy: resources, drops, progression pacing.

• Develop player UX flow with game logic, menus, and interactions.

• Contribute to documentation and iteration based on testing/feedback.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Experience in 3D RPG / adventure / platformer projects.

• Portfolio with at least one completed RPG.

• Ability to create full-scope GDDs (maps, loot, enemies, quests, dialogues).

• Understanding of gameplay loops, progression systems, and retention design.

• Strong communication and system design skills.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Free-to-Play or Play-to-Earn mechanics.

• Understanding of blockchain game systems (NFTs, tokenized items).

• Ability to work with level editors or whiteboxing tools (Unity, Unreal).

• Previous experience collaborating with developers and artists on cross-functional teams.
