We are looking for a game designer with a high expertise in balance. You will be responsible for maintaining quality balance in our flagship project - the mobile RPG battler Hero Wars Alliance!

What you’ll be doing

• Assessing the state of economic balance across the entire project, including different features and events

• Identifying areas for growth and developing proposals

• Improving balance towards set goals and standardization

• Monitoring balance throughout the project
