• 3+ years in LiveOps game design

• Solid understanding of meta, economy, player motivation

• Confident with data: forming hypotheses, interpreting metrics

• Experience balancing events and in-game systems

• Passion for mid/hardcore PvP games (CoD, Apex, Valorant, The Finals, etc.)

• Great communication & teamwork skills
  
  Nice to Have:

  • Experience with PvP/FPS projects

  • Familiarity with mobile LiveOps

  • Worked on monetization, battle passes, seasonal content

  • Advanced Google Sheets / SQL skills
