Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Work closely with stakeholders to identify product needs and translate them into clear product requirements;

• Represent and advocate product vision within the team and facilitate product processes;

• Oversee the game development process, including concept development, design, programming, and testing;

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of designers, artists, and programmers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment;

• Maintain the game’s quality by setting high standards and conducting regular reviews, ensuring the game meets or exceeds industry standards;

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including publishers and marketing teams, to align project goals and strategies;

• Oversee the project budget, including resource allocation, cost analysis, and financial forecasting;

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure a smooth project progression;

• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to ensure the game’s relevance and competitiveness;

• Incorporate player feedback and analytics to enhance gameplay and user experience.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 5+ years of experience in game production;

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale game projects;

• Deep understanding of the strategy and turn-based game genres;

• Creative, pragmatic and able to find the best solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure project development;

• Able to drive various functions through the whole development process;

• Good organizational and analytical skills to deliver quality projects within tight deadlines;

• In-depth knowledge and passion for video games;

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;

• Proficiency in project management software and tools;

• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level.

Will be a plus:

• Extensive experience in the Strategy game genre;

• Award-winning portfolio.
