• Create and execute effective marketing plans 

• Get to know and meet the needs of the Leap Gaming, customers and stakeholders 

• Understand customer motivation 

• Cooperate with 3D Developer on game-engine needs, Design department, Technology and Marketing 

• Clearly communicate marketing plans and goals 

• Manage and meet deadlines 

• Create visually stunning and meticulous designs for the marketing with commercial design styles, digital innovation and an understanding of the competitor landscape 

• Support in maintaining a digital asset brands for digital products marketing library 

• Shape our visual identity standards and guidelines for marketing channels 

• Design creative assets for Social and Affiliate advertising 

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 3+ years of professional experience in marketing 

• Great feeling of art, motion, and timing, with understanding of different animation styles 

• Knowledge of accompanying packages Compositing (i.e. AfterEffects), and 2D manipulations (i.e. Photoshop) 

• Creative and innovative 

• Easy-going with great communication skills and team-player 

• Intermediate English (B1/B2) 

• Professional portfolio with samples 

• English at least B1 is mandatory

Nice to have

• Knowledge in modelling packages such as ZBrush or Modo 

• Knowledge in video and sound editing software such as Premiere, Audition etc 

• Technical skills such as particle effects, dynamics, scripting and expressions 

• Motion Tracking experience such as Boujou, PFTrack, 3D Equalizer 

• Experience with working with MoCap data, clean up and retargeting 

• Game Engine experience such as Unity or Unreal Engine
