The project is backed by an established international holding with deep industry expertise, strong infrastructure, and a proven track record in iGaming.

We're looking for a Head of Affiliate who’s ready to launch and lead — not just manage. You’ll have full ownership of affiliate operations from day one.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Develop and lead affiliate strategy across multiple regions

• Identify, onboard, and manage casino and sportsbook affiliate partners

• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals

• Optimize traffic performance: ROI, LTV, retention, and fraud metrics

• Monitor payouts, compliance, and reporting transparency

• Scale the program and build long-term affiliate relationships

• Build team under you as the program scales

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 3+ years as Senior Affiliate Manager or Head of Affiliates in the iGaming space

• Proven experience with traffic optimization, fraud detection, and campaign ROI

• Solid negotiation skills and analytical thinking

• Strong understanding of acquisition models (CPA/RevShare/Hybrid)

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

• Experience with African or emerging markets — a strong advantage

• Strategic mindset and ability to work independently
