To improve our current results and reach new heights, we’re expanding our team and looking for a Head of BI & Analytics.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

Develop and implement the company’s BI & Analytics strategy.
Design and enhance BI reporting (dashboards, recurring reports, and custom queries).
Build and maintain internal analytics infrastructure.
Automate analytics processes.
Create and optimize predictive models (ROAS / LTV).
Work with the product team and marketing, monetization, publishing, and finance departments.
Develop and implement new tools to enhance products (including AI and ML).
Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize UA strategies.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

2+ years of experience as a Lead Analytics Specialist and/or a Head of Analytics.
Previous experience in game development.
Strong understanding of product and marketing analytics.
Proficiency with SQL and BI tools (Tableau / Power BI / Looker).
Knowledge of mathematical statistics and experience with A/B testing.
