As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic leader to join us as the Head of Creative Production.The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of successfully working with creatives’ production process in the gaming industry and building a high-performing creative team.
As the Head of Creative Production, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative process within our company. Leading a team of 5 talented individuals, you will drive the systematic evolution of creative initiatives, collaborating closely with User Acquisition, product, marketing, and other teams.

- Drive systematic improvements to the creative process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all creative initiatives 
- Conduct audits and upgrade testing systems for creatives to optimize performance and user engagement 
- Utilize your expertise in User Acquisition to inform and enhance creative strategies, supporting the UA team with highly performing creatives 
- Facilitate productive brainstorms and develop long-term creative strategies to drive innovation and growth 
- Lead and manage the Creative team, overseeing all aspects of creative strategy and production optimization and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment 
- Implement analysis processes for creative materials to optimize performance and inform future strategies 
- Foster close collaboration with the product team, organizing testing of gaming hypotheses for subsequent integration of mechanics into the game 
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head of Creative Production or a similar role, with previous background in creative production and User Acquisition 
- Proven experience in the gaming industry, particularly in casual games 
- Technical driver of quality improvements in your field 
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement 
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others 
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a track record of working effectively across teams 
- Russian and English languages
