Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

·        Seeking out game mobile projects for publishing, launching, and promoting;

·        Participating in meetings, negotiations, and trade shows anywhere in the world;

·        Reviewing various game mobile projects within the industry and to playing, playing and playing them again...;

·        Project support at various stages of the development of Prototype, Alpha/Soft Launch, Release;

·        Identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the project in 360 mode: team, idea, genre, image, money;

·        Estimating the necessary investments of the project at the following stages: Development, Soft Launch, Release;

·        Ability to understand and evaluate the essence of the games and to point the developers in the right direction of completing the game meta and core;

·        Comprehension of product statistics and marketing and managing the process of both;

·        Launching projects using the inhouse team of buyers, designers, analysts, and accounts

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

Requirements:

·        At least 2 years of experience in a similar position or in the position of a producer/leading game designer for an already-implemented project;

·        Knowledge of the game market of f2p projects, trends, and current tendencies;

·        A proven successful start-up case for at least one project (iOS/Android);

·        Will and ability to interact with projects closely to be an integral part of the project;

·        Ability to define key metrics for projects and to achieve key metrics (in-game, monetization, k-factor, etc.);

·        Building an algorithm for the launch and development of projects;

·        Ability to not only understand the trends and the mobile projects, but to understand what is required for the completion of various products as well.
