Head of Influence

Hello, Brazy is looking for a Head of Influence for our product in the eSports industry.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Manage a team of 4 influencer managers.

• Check and analyze the statistics for the influence department.

• Make weekly and monthly department performance reports (who and why performed good/bad for the period).

• Audit of competitors’ activity, tracking market trends.

• Development and implementation of strategies for attracting and optimizing placement on influencer channels (Twitch, YouTube platforms, etc.).

• Interaction with SMM and Country management departments. 
  
  Task description:

• Launch new, efficient integrations with influencers in Asia and the Middle East. The goal is to warm up the market and get a new audience for the project.

• Offer new types of integrations with influencers (non-standard), focused on engagement and deposits.

• Analyze previous integrations to understand the key points that have been done in the wrong way (to make conclusions on what we must improve to get better results in ROI).

• To improve the results of all members of the Influence team (more Y2Y deposits).

• Track that information in CRM was up-to-date, and there were comments for each influencer (in case of new arrangements).
  
  

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

Requirements:

• 2+ years of commercial work experience at the same position.

• Good background knowledge of CS2 niche (lore, tournaments, skins, updates) or the same for Valorant / PUBG.

• Level of English: Upper-Intermediate.

• Level of Ukrainian or Russian: Upper-Intermediate.

• 
  Will be an advantage:

• Own database with contacts of partners and influencers (CS2, Valorant / PUBG).

List of technologies: 

• Twitch and YouTube analytics, 

• Statistics tools (streamcharts).
