Head of Product/ Product Manager

Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in game dev, is looking for an experienced Head of Product/ Product Manager for our client, founded in Ukraine game development studio, who became a leader in the hybrid-casual game's direction. The company have a top game in their portfolio that ranks in the top 10 most downloaded hybrid-casual games in the USA. The company is growing rapidly and is inviting a Head of Product to join their team, someone with experience in creating commercially successful games and the ambition to become the CEO of the game studio.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Act as the main driver of the product and participate in the creation of new games from the initial development stage to release and beyond.

• Manage the product lifecycle in a flexible environment.

• Rebuild internal processes to scale the company.

• Increase the lifetime value (LTV) of the studio's games.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and best practices, and propose new ideas to create the best games.

• Make design and strategic decisions.

• Monitor product KPIs: LTV, LT, ARPU, DAU/MAU, Churn, etc.

• Launch, support experiments, and interpret their results to other team members.

• Analyze market opportunities and define the product vision and strategy.

• Manage, hire, and motivate a team of more than 10 people.

• Build business processes in the product direction.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Experience working as a Product Manager or Producer in the game development industry for at least 3 years.

• Ability and experience in working with business metrics analysis, conducting A/B testing, and making data-driven decisions.

• Understanding of product monetization tools and experience with in-app monetization.

• Portfolio showcasing commercially successful game projects.

• Strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and problem-solving skills.

• English: Upper-intermediate level or higher.
