We are seeking a passionate Game Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Game Designer, you'll work closely with the product owner and senior game designer to understand project goals, target audience, and overall vision, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, delivering the creative vision to them. You will also contribute to the creation and maintenance of game balance, ensuring a rewarding and engaging player experience.

We need a game designer with an emphasis on analytics, not on storytelling. We need you to understand how games work from the logic, analytics, and monetization perspective.

Responsibilities

• ●  Work closely with the product owner to understand project goals, target audience, and overall vision.

• ●  Effectively convey the game design vision to both the development and design teams.

• ●  Convert game design documents and features into actionable tasks for the team.

• ●  Create and maintain detailed game design documents outlining the core mechanics, features, and overall design vision.

• ●  Assist in preparing the game balance, ensuring a rewarding and engaging player experience.

• ●  Analyze gameplay data and players’ feedback.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

●  Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

●  Up to 1.5 years of experience working as a game designer.

●  Strong passion for and understanding of game design principles and analytics.

●  Experience with Unity Game Engine.

●  Familiarity with game development tools and processes (game engines, Excel, chart tools, Miro etc.).

●  Basic drawing skills to communicate ideas visually, prepare top-level UI\UX references (knowledge of Figma).

●  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

●  Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
