Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Management and coordination of work with contractors for creating video materials, social media posts, as well as the generation of houses and partner houses in the game.

• Ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards, while interacting with creative teams.

Design Work:

• Collaboration with designers through Figma to ensure precise alignment of design with project requirements.

• Control and management of visual aspects of the game and associated materials.

Project and Task Management:

• Effective use of task trackers (Notion, ClickUp, Favro) for task management and team coordination.

• Planning, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of all project stages.

Recruitment and Onboarding of Specialists:

• Searching for talent for specific tasks, organizing the hiring process, and integrating new team members.

• Ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new employees.

Communication with the Technical Team:

• Interaction with developers and technical specialists to solve complex tasks related to the development and support of Telegram Bot API.

• Participation in discussions and decision-making on technical solutions that impact the project's progress.

Coding Skills:

• Basic programming knowledge for interacting with the technical team, understanding technical tasks, and assessing their complexity.

Working with Neural Networks:

• Utilizing neural network technologies for process automation and improvement, as well as creating innovative solutions within the project.

Communication with Partners:

• Negotiating and coordinating advertising integrations in the game with partners.

• Maintaining and developing partnerships to increase reach and improve product quality.
