Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

We are seeking a Lead 2D Animator to lead a team of animators and help organize the process of creating outstanding animations for our project.

Your role will involve not only producing complex, high-quality animations for characters, magical effects, and environments but also managing the team, ensuring quality, and meeting deadlines. We work in an isometric style, so experience with similar projects will be a significant advantage.

You should be able to independently plan tasks, manage the backlog, work with deadlines, and be open to feedback. We also value initiative and a willingness to ask questions that can improve the overall result.

Our project Hero Wars is set in a fantasy world filled with exciting challenges: combat, weather effects, spells, portals, explosions, and other magical elements.

What you’ll be doing

• Creating animations and VFX for characters, items, and environment elements using Spine.

• Monitoring the quality and deadlines of the animation team’s work

• Collaborating with outsourcing partners

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• At least 1 year of experience managing an animation team

• Proficiency in Spine

• Awareness of visual trends and competitor game aesthetics
