Lead 2D Concept Artist

Kevuru Games is a leading European art production and game development studio engaged in creating transformative entertainment projects for clients from all over the world.
We are looking for a Lead 2D Concept Artist.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Generate creative ideas based on client briefs;

• Present ideas to both clients and within the team;

• Create concept art in various directions;

• Ability to prepare concepts for handover to the 3D department;

• Compose and refine project specifications;

• Plan projects and oversee their implementation;

• Monitor the quality of the art produced by the team, propose ideas for its improvement;

• Explore new stylistic and design solutions, evolve the project’s visual style;

• Engage in team training.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 4+ years of experience as a Concept Artist;

• 2+ years in the position of Lead Concept Artist (or similar);

• English — Intermediate + (occasionally required for communication with clients under the supervision of Project Managers, hence conversational skills are necessary);

• Ability to establish rapport with the team and engage in its training;

• Understanding of concept art development pipelines;

• Capability to depict character and environment concepts in various styles;

• Fundamental knowledge of anatomy, perspective, composition, color theory, and lighting.
