Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Develop and execute a comprehensive ASO strategy to improve the organic visibility and conversion rates of our mobile games in the app stores.

• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential keywords for game optimization

• Optimize app titles, descriptions, screenshots, icons, and other metadata elements to enhance click-through rates

• Conduct regular A/B testing and experimentation to evaluate the impact of different ASO strategies and iterate on improvements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative Producers, Product Managers and Data Analysts, to align ASO initiatives with overall marketing and business goals

• Establish performance monitoring and reporting practice for all ASO activities, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders

• Keep informed about competitors' ASO strategies and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Proven track record of experience in ASO, specifically for mobile games in the casual genre

• Strong understanding of the mobile app ecosystem, app store guidelines, and ASO tools

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and optimize strategies accordingly

• Proficient in using ASO tools and analytics platforms, such as App Annie, Sensor Tower, ASOdesk or similar

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred skills:

• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable improvements in app store performance

• Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a team

• Affinity for mobile games and familiarity with the casual genre
