Lead Game Designer

Frogwares is currently looking for a Lead Game Designer to join the dynamic team of game designers for its upcoming titles.  Our expert team creates games that are highly praised by millions of players, as well as industry experts all over the world.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Lead a team of game designers, providing guidance and feedback, using your extensive technical and design knowledge

• Work closely with other departments and department heads to ensure cohesive and consistent design throughout the project

• Help team in organizing their day-to-day work

• Assist in creation of planning documentation and roadmaps

• Oversee the design of game mechanics, systems, levels, and user interfaces. Ensure that the game design aligns with the creative vision and meets the needs of the target audience

As a Designer:

• Design, prototype, implement, and fine-tune new features 

• Support and develop existing features 

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 5+ years of experience, with at least one shipped title (on the PC/Console platform). At least 2 years of experience in the Lead role

• Extensive knowledge of Unreal Engine and proficiency in Unreal Blueprints

• Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to think critically, and analyze gameplay systems 

• English Proficiency: At least an Upper Intermediate level is required. You will be expected to fluently present and discuss ideas, as well as write technical documentation in English 

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to effectively convey ideas to the team

Nice to have:

• Passion for and deep understanding of survival horror games.

• Experience working on survival horror or 3rd person action projects 

• Technical Design, Combat Design, or AI Design experience
