Highcore Games is a Gamedev company with a head office in Miami and a distributed team around the world: Georgia, Poland, Cyprus, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Indonesia, Thailand and others. The company has two divisions: hyper-casual and mid-core. Each has its own hit games with 268 m players in total:

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

We are looking for a Lead Game Designer in the Midcore team who will build a holistic vision on the set like a filmmaker and create box-office hits. It’s crucial for us that the Game Designer knows how to link product vision and business strategy and has already successfully turned this into reality.

The main mission of such a specialist will be the development strategy determining of the entire Midcore product portfolio and then a high-quality gaming experience creating and improving of the product metrics and its revenue.

What you will be doing:

• Immersion in the existing environment and product analysis

• The division's product strategy development and a vision formation for projects in operation

• Creation of new product concepts and improvement, scaling of existing products based on analytics

• Resource management – workload allocation in the GD Team

• Collaboration with CEO and GD Team

• Hypothesis testing

• Adjusting the products balance to improve gameplay and monetization
