We are seeking an experienced, thoughtful, and highly skilled Lead UX Designer to guide the user experience across our upcoming manufacturing simulation game. If you excel at structuring complex systems, designing intuitive player flows, and turning deep mechanics into clarity - this is the role for you.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
Lead UX direction for complex gameplay systems, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and intuitive flow.
Own the full UX process: research, flows, user journeys, information architectures, wireframes, prototypes, documentation, and iteration.
Translate deep gameplay mechanics into approachable interfaces and user flows that scale with system complexity.
Collaborate closely with UI designers, game designers, and developers to define player needs and streamline interactions.
Drive usability testing, gather player insights, and iterate based on data and feedback.
Build and maintain UX frameworks, guidelines, and best practices across the project.
Mentor UI/UX team members as needed and help shape studio-wide UX standards.
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
5–10 years of hands-on UX design experience in video games and/or sophisticated industrial simulation platforms
Proven experience designing UX for complex scenarios and systems with a high density of information and decision-making requirements, such as industrial simulation systems, military systems, and of course video games
Demonstrably expertise with Figma - structuring files, component libraries, prototyping, and design systems
A strong, presentable portfolio showcasing:
Research and thought process
User flows and Information Architecture
Wireframes for complex systems
Problem-solving in deep game experiences or simulation experiences
Ability to break down intricate mechanics into clear, user-friendly UX solutions.
Bonus Points:
A deep and abiding love for strategy and simulation video games
Experience in economy systems, tech trees, management interfaces, or multi-layered simulation UI in video games
Experience with industrial simulation systems
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with player research methodologies
