We are a team of professionals who have launched dozens of popular games and gained over 100 million satisfied players worldwide. Our games include ZombiepunkBlitzkrieg AssaultStreet Dude, and more.

 We are currently looking for a Middle User Acquisition Manager to share our core company values:

We are looking for a professional for the role that requires:

  • Full-time job;

  • Office-based in Riga.

  • Platformy : Mobile
Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
  • Creation and implementation of UA strategies and scaling of advertising channels.

  • Involvement in the creation and testing of advertising creatives.

  • Running and optimizing advertising campaigns.

  • Initiating and conducting tests, as well as testing hypotheses.

  • Collaboration with product and creative teams.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
  • Loves games.

  • Has experience as a User Acquisition Manager for 2+ years in product IT companies.

  • Has managed budgets of $100,000+ with ROAS 140+.

  • Has work experience with AppLovin, Unity, Mintegral, Liftoff, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.

  • Has experience working with games featuring various monetization models (IAA, IAA+IAP, IAP).

  • Understands acquisition strategies such as tCPI, tCPA, tROAS, and others.

  • Is ready for new challenges.

  • English: Intermediate level (B2).
