Motion Design Lead

Currently, we are seeking a skilled Motion Design Lead whom we will entrust with leading our motion design team and executing the motion design strategy across projects.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Developing and maintaining best practices, workflows, and standards for motion graphics production;

• Managing team growth through onboarding, regular 1to1 meetings and constructive feedback;

• Exploring new tools and methods for optimizing technical processes, establishing technical standards and automating routines;

• Collaborating with Creative Producers and UA Managers to achieve KPIs;

• Creating advertising game videos;

• Generating new ideas and concepts for advertising videos;

• Tracking trends and analyzing the visual aspects of the market.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Relevant work experience in similar positions for at least 3 years in the game development industry;

• Proven experience managing and mentoring motion design team;

• Experience in applying AI solutions for video production and process optimization;

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator;

• Proficiency in After Effects (Compositing/Shape & UI animation);

• Skills in working with After Effects Expressions;

• Experience in shooting will be a plus;

• A portfolio is mandatory.
