Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a poker tournament schedule to increase player participation and satisfaction;
• Supervise poker ring games offerings;
• Work closely with the team to introduce new poker games and features in line with the overall product strategy;
• Provide training, development, and growth opportunities for the team to cultivate a culture of excellence and innovation;
• Conduct training sessions for internal departments and establish procedures for managing poker-related escalations.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in online poker management or a related role;
• Proven track record of boosting player engagement, retention, and revenue growth within poker ecosystems;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders;
• Ability to operate independently and excel in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
