Our product: We are currently working on Total Battle. Total Battle is an MMO 4X strategy game with a deep political system and lots of player interaction. Players take on the role of a commander and need to develop their city, forge alliances, fight against monsters, and conquer other players.

Tasks to be solved:

• Improving A/B testing

-Accelerating experiments

-Running parallel experiments

-Interpreting experiment results

• Improving prediction models

-Increasing accuracy of predictions for existing and new players

• Improving the analytics teamReviewing the work and skills of analysts

-Establishing requirements for analysts based on grades

-Conducting one-on-one meetings from an analyst perspective

-Assisting analysts in solving complex problems

-Hiring the best analysts

• Improving analytical tools

• Implementing ML in analytics and the product

• Engaging in marketing analytics

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

Role: We are looking for a Lead Product Analyst to be responsible for the development and improvement of our analytics team, analytical methods, and tools.

The ideal candidate would:

• Have experience as a Lead Product Analyst on a digital B2C product, ideally a mobile free-to-play game.

• Possess advanced knowledge in the field of mathematical statistics and a strong theoretical foundation in conducting experiments, particularly in relation to A/B testing.

• Be a skilled user of SQL and Python, and ideally also of Tableau and Clickhouse.

• Have the ability to identify patterns and inconsistency in data, and to develop high-quality product hypotheses.

• Have the desire to thoroughly understand the game and its players.

• Show strong management and communication skills.

• Take the initiative in driving the development and improvement of product analytics.

• Focus on the outcome of the work, not the process.

• Be willing to relocate to Cyprus to work in our office in Limassol.
