Product Director

As the Product Director for the Scatter Slots project, you'll be at the helm of shaping and steering the vision, strategy, and execution of our product line. Your role is pivotal in driving the success of our project, ensuring it resonates with our audience and exceeds their expectations.

Responsibilities

Member of the Studio Management:

• Jointly responsible for inspiring and motivating the team and promoting team collaboration, innovation, players first, and multicultural state of mind according to company values.

• Directing and Coordinating the delivery of product-related initiatives with support, CRM, community, marketing, analytics, and other stakeholders.

• Coordinating and cooperating with other studio functions; development, production, operation, monetization, analytics, and HR for achieving studio business goals.

• Product Team Management: responsible for ongoing product and features design employers' recruitment, training, evaluation, and ongoing management.

Product Leadership Responsibilities:

• Owner of the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and team.

• Promoting and communicating product strategy, delivery plans, and game status to top management.

• Managing game life cycle, planning, updating, prioritizing, and maintaining the product backlog.

• Conducting market, competitors, and trends analysis; Identifying new trends and business opportunities.

• Conducting player research, generating, and updating players' personas gathering and analyzing players' feedback - the authority on players' motivations, needs, and preferences for developers and designers.

• Analyzing ongoing product performance tracking key metrics, identifying current sub-optimal game performance, and planning and delivering optimization solutions.

• Generating ideas, planning, and directing the design and implementation of systems, mechanics, features, and special events, including related game balance with the support of economy/balance designers.

• Providing feedback and context for designers and development team as required.

• Directing delivery of product documentation (including concepts and requirements documents).

• Guiding and tracking testing and implementation performance and delivering insights for iterations.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 5+ years leading and managing product management teams.

• Experience managing teams directly and managing cross-functional groups through influence.

• Continuously looking for ways to improve and iterate on existing framework, or building anew for best results.

• Experience with Social Casino games (game designer/ product experience is a big plus).

• Gaming background. Built or worked on several successful mobile or PC/Console products.

• Avid consumer of live service games – is inspired by playing them and is always thinking about how they can improve.

• Expert with a broad range of game monetization strategies.

• Experience developing framework for economy design and running economies for titles over multiple years in live service.

• Strong analytical skills and experience with a rigorous approach to building products.
