• Experience in depth user interviews;

• Knowledge of creating and working with the hypothesis;

• Data analysis and interpretation. Ability to analyze data;

• Experience with users research: NPS, CES & CSAT, other;

• Knowing of analytics system: GA4, Tableau, Firebase + Firebase Analytics, Flurry, Amplitude, Mixpanel;

• Mobile A/B testing: Apptimize, Firebase Remote Config, other;

• Understanding: OneSignal, Firebase Cloud Messaging;

• English B2+.

  Will be plus:

  • Knowledge of digital advertising ecosystems;

  • Knowledge of GTM;

  • Knowledge of Event Based Analytics;

  • Cases of improvement of product results;

  • Knowledge of Growth Hacking.
