We are looking for a highly skilled Product Manager with proven expertise in iGaming (Live Casino, Virtual Sports, eFootball etc) or Fintech, capable of driving product success from initial concept to post-launch optimization. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, deep industry understanding, and a passion for delivering high-performance products.
Key Responsibilities
Product Lifecycle Management
Lead the product from idea validation to market launch and continuous optimization.
Oversee each stage of the product lifecycle with a strong focus on performance and customer satisfaction.
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Develop and implement forward-looking product strategies aligned with business goals.
Create and manage quarterly and sprint-based product roadmaps.
Backlog & Requirements Management
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value.
Gather, document, and formalize business requirements (BRD) with precision.
New Product Development & Launch
Lead MVP design, development, and successful market introduction.
Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless delivery.
Customer Journey & Marketing Funnel Optimization
Map and refine Customer Journeys (CJM) to increase engagement and retention.
Develop and optimize internal marketing funnels to boost conversion rates.
A/B Testing & Data-Driven Decisions
Design and execute A/B tests; interpret results using Google Analytics (GA4).
Leverage data insights to guide strategic and tactical product decisions.
KPI & Performance Management
Define, track, and improve key product performance indicators (GGR, Turnover, DAU, CTR, etc.).
Market Research & UI/UX Vision
Conduct competitive market research to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with designers to shape the product’s UI/UX vision.
Partnership & Contract Management
Build and maintain relationships with international partners.
Manage white label contracts to expand market presence.
