Hitapps is a GameDev company specializing in two areas: Hybrid-casual & Casual (Puzzle/Brain Teasers). We have several successful products in both categories with a combined total of over 100 000 000 downloads, and we are currently featured in the top charts in the Games section. We are currently looking for a proactive Project Manager for our Casual team, to whom we can confidently entrust the coordination of our projects.

• Building and coordinating the complete project development cycle and timelines;

• Quality control of project results;

• Risk management in project development;

• Organizing the work of remote project teams;

• Optimizing team and cross-team interactions;

• People management of the team: managing communications, motivation, and engagement.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• At least 2 years of experience in gaming projects;

• Knowledge of current trends in development methodologies;

• Knowledge of modern team-building methods;

• Experience with Jira/Confluence;

• Results-oriented;

• Excellent organizational and communication skills;

• Systematic approach to solving any issue;

• Passion for your profession.
