Prompt Engineer (Art)

We are seeking a skilled Prompt Engineer with deep knowledge of generative AI tools and pipelines, specifically in image and video generation, to join our AI content production team. This role focuses on crafting high-quality prompts, fine-tuning generative models, and building robust automation workflows for creative assets across mobile games and marketing content.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

1. Prompt Engineering & Optimization

•  Design and iterate on high-quality text/image/video prompts for Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Leonardo Ai, Runway, or similar models.

•  Develop structured prompt frameworks (style control, variation generation, consistency).

•  Analyze output quality and adjust prompts or parameters to meet production standards.

2. Pipeline Development

• Collaborate with AI engineers to build automated image/video generation pipelines (e.g., InvokeAI, Automatic1111, ComfyUI, Runway).

•  Integrate models and scripts into existing asset production workflows.

•  Automate pre/post-processing tasks (upscaling, background removal, consistency checks).

3. Model Adaptation

•  Work with fine-tuned Stable Diffusion models, LoRAs, and ControlNet extensions for specific art styles and characters.

•  Support dataset curation and annotation for model fine-tuning.

4. Collaboration & Documentation

•  Partner with art directors and designers to deliver consistent creative output.

•  Maintain internal libraries of reusable prompts, templates, and tools.

•  Document prompt strategies, model behaviors, and best practices.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

· Hands-on experience with text-to-image or text-to-video tools (Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Runway, etc.).

· Strong understanding of AI model parameters, prompt structures, and conditioning techniques (ControlNet, IP-Adapter, Inpainting, etc.).

· Familiarity with Python scripting for automating pipelines and batch jobs.

· Experience with image/video editing software (Photoshop, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) for post-processing.

· Knowledge of art styles, composition, and visual storytelling to refine creative quality.

· Comfortable working with large datasets and tools for organizing and labeling training data.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

· Having your own hardware is enough for running simple inference and training.

· Experience with custom model training (DreamBooth, LoRA, fine-tuning).

· Knowledge of Unity or game content pipelines.

· Prior work in gaming, animation, or creative studios.

· Understanding of video editing automation and AI-driven animation tools (e.g., Pika, Runway Gen-3, AnimateDiff).
