As new projects keep flowing in, we are once again looking for experienced/senior QA Testers for our studio in Cluj-Napoca, who will be either dedicated to a single title or working on all of our games.️︆️︊︆︅︍︄​︂︆︄︅​︁︁︎︌​︈︂︇︍​︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎

Please note that due to the nature of the work, the job requires you to come to the office to exchange equipment based on project needs, so the candidates should be in the Cluj Metropolitan area or be able to commute (when needed), and therefore, the work schedule is hybrid.

• Work closely and directly together with our internal Production teams and different functions within QA

• Oversee testing processes, ensuring accurate bug reporting and quality control – from prototypes to release candidates, considering the development status as well as internal and external guidelines

• Set up test plans and testing infrastructures in general

• Help teams to improve ad performance

• Execute Submission and Compliance tests

• Help evaluate games, do milestone reviews, assist with focus group tests, and more

• Provide feedback on balancing and usability

• Have an overview of tickets in JIRA and ensure the quality of bug reporting

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Proven experience of working 3-5 years as a QA tester and at least 1 year as a Senior QA tester is a must, preferably in the gaming industry

• Proven experience of working 2-3 years on LiveOps projects

• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously when needed, balancing quality, timelines, and deliverables.

• Excellent knowledge of bug-tracking software, preferably JIRA

• Knowledge in using CRM, Ads, and analytics tools

• Knowledge in validating analytics events and parameters, ensuring accuracy and delivering structured feedback to improve integrations.

• Expertise in mobile games, preferably in the free-to-play genre

• Experience in Ad performance and Ad Networks

• Experience in evaluating projects and giving spot-on feedback

• Proficiency in working independently and in a well-structured way

• Excellent attention to detail, analytical mind, and problem-solving aptitude

• Run regression testing to ensure the behavior of the product still performs correctly

• Reporting test results to managers and/or other colleagues in a clear and concise manner

• Analyzes defects and looks at ways to improve the common areas of mistakes

• Knowledge of TRCs by Apple, Google, and Microsoft is a big plus

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
