Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
Manage full cycle hiring process (search, select, and headhunt suitable candidates in accordance with the Job Description and Recruitment process);
Create and post job descriptions on relevant job boards, social media channels, and the LinkedIn platform;
Lead and manage the interview process, coordinating schedules, initial interview execution;
Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing regular reports;
Create a competitive pipeline of highly qualified professionals for current and future staffing needs;
Source passive and active candidates via various sources.
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
Strong expertise in sourcing and recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles;
Deep understanding of search strategies, knowledge of tools, desire to learn and try new ones;
Experience of candidate search techniques through networking and job boards;
High level of ownership and ability to drive recruitment processes independently;
Gaming industry experience is a must;
Excellent Russian and English language skills;
Strong presentation and communication skills;
Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment (all roles within the company);
Experience making hires in EU and within EU.
Nice to have:
Experience with ATS;
Experience of candidate search techniques through social media, applicant tracking systems, Github, etc.
