Senior Data Analyst

Our customer is a company that creates a classic farm game and an emotional well-being app. We’re looking for a full-time Senior Data Analyst to join our team and help drive data-informed product decisions. Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Analyze product performance metrics (DAU, MAU, retention, funnels, conversion, ARPU, feature usage).

• Extract, clean, and transform data from internal databases and event tracking systems.

• Develop dashboards, reports, and alerts to monitor product health.

• Conduct research, cohort analysis, segmentation, and exploratory studies to identify growth opportunities.

• Support A/B testing and product experiments, including validation and result analysis.

• Collaborate with product, game design, and marketing teams to define key metrics and provide actionable recommendations.

• Present findings to leadership to guide strategic decisions.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• SQL (strong knowledge) and Python (pandas, data analysis, basic statistics).

• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).

• Solid understanding of product metrics related to engagement, retention, and monetization.

• Analytical research and experimentation experience, including A/B testing.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.

• Russian language proficiency required; English proficiency is a plus.
