Senior Game Designer

Program-Ace is currently looking for an experienced Senior Game Designer for our American client.

Program-Ace is an innovative company specializing in software development, particularly in the fields of virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), games, and applications. We are leaders in our market segment and constantly seek talented professionals who want to join our team.

Nad czym pracować?

• Nazwa projektu (ów): The game was released in 1987 and was a collection of mini-games based on active recreation in non-traditional sports. In most versions of the game, players could compete in individual competitions or in a series of competitions. Overall, the artistic style of the game is heavily inspired by Californian imagery. The background of the game depicts the Golden Gate Bridge in football.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Develop and maintain detailed Game Design Documents (GDD) for various projects;

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements;

• Ensure clear and effective communication with clients on a daily basis;

• Implement feedback from clients and stakeholders to iterate on game designs;

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design, development, and testing;

• Contribute innovative, and more importantly, suitable ideas to enhance gameplay and user experience;

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in game design;

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Work on commercial projects for at least 4 years; ⦁ Strong Excel knowledge;

• Experience in level design would be a plus;

• Experience in working with monetization systems;

• Experience in working with game balance;

• Proven experience as a Game Designer in both outsourcing and LiveOps environments;

• Strong proficiency in English, with advanced communication skills;

• Excellent understanding of game design principles and methodologies;

• Proficiency in Unity or Unreal Engine is preferred;

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment;

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively;
