Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Design and balance meta-game systems and in-game economy from scratch, including battle pass, daily quests, missions, loyalty programs, marathons, and hero progression.

• Work on traditional shooter game modes like Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Team vs. Team, and related mechanics.

• Collaborate closely with developers to integrate game design solutions into gameplay.

• Analyze industry best practices in meta-gameplay and economy, and apply them effectively.

• Conduct playtests and analyze feedback to enhance game mechanics.

• Maintain game design documentation*

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 3+ years of experience as a game designer at a middle or senior level.

• Experience in creating and balancing meta-gameplay and in-game economy for shooters.

• Proven track record of designing and balancing progression and reward systems.

• Deep understanding of meta-game mechanics and principles of game economy design.

• Knowledge of traditional and current FPS game modes.

• Strong teamwork, communication, and proactivity skills.
