We are seeking an experienced Game Designer to lead the design efforts at MetaBit. Are you looking for your next challenge? Do you want to revolutionize the way casual mobile games are seen and played for years to come?

Your Responsibilities

• Designing and optimizing progression mechanics and features, aligning them with the product vision and the company mission.

• Collaborate closely with the team, supporting artists and engineers as needed.

• Establish difficulty curves and maintain balancing sheets for gameplay elements, progression mechanics, ensuring they work harmoniously and turn the game’s vision to reality.

• Help craft the UX and UI

• You have shipped a mobile free-to-play game and have experience with live operations

• You have experience with f2p economy and monetization design. 

• You have a strong grasp of game pacing and balancing.

• You are hands on and thrive in a fast paced environment. 

• You are an excellent team player and communicator.

• You have a passion for games and a creative and open mind.
